WHERE WE SHIP

Roxwoods ships within the UK and worldwide, with the exception of countries in the EU.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order at info@roxwoods.com.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Some pieces are made to order. For these items, the dispatch time will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

During busy periods (such as Christmas or major launches) dispatch times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIMES & SERVICES

All orders are fully tracked.

UK 

  • Standard shipping is £5, free shipping on orders over £50
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery
  • Next working day delivery is also available

USA

  • Delivery time approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost from £25
  • This price includes all import duties and taxes, paid in advance

Rest of the World

  • Delivery time approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost from £15
  • Import duties, taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the customer

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.

Every order is carefully and discretely packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or additional fees charged by their local authorities, with the exception of the USA, where these costs are included in your shipping fee.

All other duties and charges are outside our control.

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is slow to arrive, please allow 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us, as postal services can occasionally be delayed.

If an item is confirmed lost:

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund.
  • For items priced over £200, replacements or refunds will be issued once the shipping carrier has formally confirmed the loss.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can agree on the best solution together.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the parcel is returned or fails to arrive, we are happy to resend your order at the customer’s cost.
